PASTOR JOHN H. PAXTON'S MESSAGE

"2010 MY YEAR OF COMEBACK”

Saints; Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As we embark upon the New Year I would like all of us to hold fast to the theme the Lord has given me, “My set-back was a set-up for my come-back.”

I want all of us to take a deep breath and exhale all the traumatic events WE ALL ENDURED in 2009. Thank God for bringing our families through such a difficult time. The word tells us in Proverbs 3:12, “For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth, even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.” 2009 was a year of divine correction. God had to put the world and the church back in order. In the Bible the number Ten implies completeness of order, nothing lacking and nothing over. It signifies that the cycle is complete and that everything is in its proper order. Ten also represents the perfection of divine order.

I submit to you that because we have obeyed God’s corrections, He has set all of our homes in order so that now we can receive God’s greatest blessings in 2010.

1Peter 5:10 tells us that, “After you have endured pain for a little time the God of all grace who has given you a part in his eternal glory through Christ Jesus, will himself give you strength and support, and make you complete in every good thing.”

In 1Thessalonians 5:24 the word says, “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” Bible in Basic English translation, “God by whom you have been marked out in his purpose, is unchanging and will make it complete.”

Saints be EXPECTING GOD TO DO IT FOR YOU IN 2010.

From the desk of Pastor John
